Unable to add coins to Catalog [Risolto]

I have attempted both from my phone and computer now to add coins and the request is showing blank to the referees.

But if I click the link on there, I can still see the page with the info I attempted to add.

I have 3 such additions with this same problem at the moment, one I tried to add today and I have some from May 26th with the same issue. Any ideas?

(edit ) seems this cleared itself up now

I had the same problem yesterday. I ended up just recreating the page and it was able to be published. Hopefully it is cleared up and this will not be a recurring problem.
