Sapientiae plerumque stultitia est comes.
Si c'est un grand plaisir d'être reconnu par ses amis, c'est peut-être encore plus flatteur d'être reconnu par ses adversaires.
Be yourself; everyone else is already taken.
Those areas to which I could usefully contribute are already well served. However I remain at the service of the UK referee with whom I have an excellent and long standing relationship. The improvements to that section of the catalog in terms of accuracy and depth of information have been quite remarkable. Amazing what can be done with an experienced hand on the wheel, well done Rick.
I'll be offering up some improved coin images once I set up my new, dedicated scanner for single images (gave up on all this photography stuff). I'm all set up for some serious "Freemanning" over the next few months and just as soon as I can find one for the right price, some "Pecking" too. I'm excitedly looking forward to cooperating with such a mature, level headed, approachable and knowledgeable referee.
Non illegitimis carborundum est. Excellent advice for all coins.
Make Numismatics Great Again!
Hello.
If I may, I would like to ask one question and I will not comment on the answer. If any "country" has a referee, are you asking him (her) if he (she) needs assistants / co-referees?
Thank you.
Co-referees are recruited when current referee asks for it. In some cases, as Florino works only on Euros, we are searching for referees for pre-Euro coinage. And in very rare cases, where we see that refereee lags behing for several months and master referees are doing all his work, we conclude that we would need somebody there.
Just a question, is this for an additional master referee or has one of our current master referees plans to stop (or already did stop)?
No stepping down from current master referee (at least not that I know of to date) so if the applicant is the right one this would be an additional position.

Cita: "Amraan Amjad"Hello Members of Numista
I want to apply as an Bank Note Referee for Saudi Arabia, Qatar, UAE, Bahrain, Jordan & Oman
So, where can I apply
Are the referee roles for Niue open? I'm interested in taking it. Also, I don't know how to send an application for becoming a referee, so can anybody help me in that?
Hi there! I am an inexperienced collector with an interest in a lot of coins
Referee is also presumed to have some experience with editing the catalog. Without that, there is no possibility for us to judge your work before appointment.

Thank you for that. I do have minor experience in editing the catalog. I tried adding a new token to the catalog but it wasn't reviewed at all in 5-6 days, so I cancelled it. I will try after I get some more tries in editing the catalog

Hi
Please leave your pending requests open, don't cancel it because you felt it was taking too long to process it. Referees will check your proposal, don't worry about it.
