Disable swap and out of office option

Although an user checks option
"I don't want to exchange temporarily (holidays, other...) "
" I don't want to exchange at all for the moment."
people continues opening swaps, maybe it should be disabled or showing a message explaining "user does not want to swap at this moment".

In the same way, it would be great to have a kind of "out of office" reply for messages that we receive when we are on holidays or checking the email rarely
