I think would be nice if we could filter the swappers by country at the "start a swap"page as we can do with coins.

It would help people who swaps only in the native country.
Lets adopt the KISS philosophy, "Keep It Simple Sucker"

You can overcome this limitation, simply by listing all the swappers by nationality
