4 more I need a little help with

I seen a topic about the first one a few days ago, but I never seen an answer.
The third one is a French African territory but I can't find it.
The last one has the same design as Egypt coins but I can't find it here or in Krause.

The second is from the West African bank: https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces1799.html, which is an economic union, comprising several West African countries, rather than a country (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Central_Bank_of_West_African_States).
The fourth one is from Syria: https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces7976.html. It's very easy to mix up Egyptian and Syrian coins!

I couldn't find the third one within 10 minutes, but undoubtedly, someone else can.
