Do coin pages that get rejected by referees stay on the site? [Risolto]

I sometimes come across Numista pages like this one:

They were submitted a long time ago and are obviously never going to be approved, so I was wondering, do pages like these just stay in Numista purgatory (invisible to catalogue users) forever? Or do they get deleted at some point?

Coins that are rejected, like your example, may stay on Numista for a long time. They get deleted on an irregular basis.
