Novice question - proof sets

I have received a large collection from a parent and am trying to catalog it all. There are full proof sets (US Coins) for each year from 1955 - 2012. Can I enter the sets somehow on Numista, or do I have to add each coin from each set. If the latter that could take months and months!!! Help?

There is no way for fast input of any sets.

Also the new system is not very nice if you have to input a large amount of coins, so I would sugest to switch to the old style and enable fast input.

Go to Settings (if you hover over your profile name) --> at the bottom Personal settings "One line per coin year, without coin values" --> Catalouge --> Country list
for example "United States" --> Display options (right rom the site number) --> Fast input to show

This method works the best for single country/issuer input and when you already know exactly what you have and in what grade.

If you don't want to give up on values then try just the fast input with the new system then scroll your way through the catalog of the country you want to add coins from (for this increase the "Coins per page" shown).

A lot of the time the coin pages for each of the coins in the set will have a link to the other coins from the set so you can often add them reasonably quickly.
