tried to enter a new coin

I have tried to enter a new coin on several occasions and received this message.
The database encountered a problem. Please try to refresh the page in a few minutes (press F5). (MySQL 18-Nov-2018 17:11:32)

After entering all the data I am not going to do it again just to get the message and loose my work all over again. It is frustrating.

Not sure why you're having the issue but here's what I do when I get it while adding coins:

1. Click the back arrow on your browser, which will take you back to the filled page.
2. Right click the tab, and select "duplicate tab"
3. Go to the duplicated tab, which should also have all the info filled in, and submit that.

Should work most of the time.
