Good question: I am the forum moderator for the English side. I delete my own posts when I am not happy with them!
Considering, I don't know that much about coins I didn't volunteer for a catalogue job: thus I don't have access to that side of things.
I try my best to answer questions that come in from new members and help where I can on the forum.
Ah - I see. So forum clearance is one level, and catalogue is another.
