Impossible to start a swap

Hi!
I'm Antonio, I'm from Italy. I'm new in this forum. I've tried to look for potential swappers in the sections "Start a swap" and "Swap monitor", but they don't work. Especially the first one don't let me see the list of the 100 members more active. I could only swap with members in relation to their geographical localization and by searching coins by territories. Is this a bug? How could I see the list of the members?
