When you click on links have them open in a separate window [Risolto]

Not sure if this is something that Xavier can do or whether its something to do with one's browser, but could we have it so that when you click on a link, whether on a coin page or on the forum, it opens in a separate browser tab instead of clicking away from the page you're currently on?

It's really annoying, especially when you're editing a few pages at the same time or something like that....

It seems like this is something that can actually be configured on one's browser, so no need for a change on Numista's part.
