There are several online coin catalogues, sometimes we look at two coin pages from two different websites, we can make a conclusion that "they are for the same coin", a collector does not have to compare all the parameters before he/she makes that conclusion. I'm looking for the key feature that how an experienced collector do this, so maybe I can let computer do the same thing and get all data aligned.
Note that this is of course not a suggesting "show a Colnect link on Numista coin page", no operator is willing to do that; it's also not about "use Colnect's data in Numista", that's illegal. I want to use the data myself, as a user of these 3 websites.
It is easy to collect all coins' meta data from these 3 websites, but mapping is difficult, there are 3 problems:
1) country names are different, especially for 2nd or 3rd level countries like German states
2) new coins have no reference number
3) Numista lacks individual pages for coins' references with decimals (e.g.: KM# 184.2)

About point 3) specifically, this is a bit of a grey area for referees; sometimes coin pages with sub-reference numbers are separated, while other times several reference numbers may be grouped together on the same page. Worth noting.
Anyway, I'm all for the idea, despite not using either of the other two sites (we are the best general world coins catalogue on the internet!), but have you coordinated with their admins/users, and do you think they'd be receptive to the idea? I wouldn't expect Colnect to be so, given that they don't even allow mentions of Numista on their forums.

About point 3), I agree it is grey area for numismatists. Sometimes Schön book define different variants than Krause book for the same coin, while Argentina catalogue even assign a reference number for each year. The Krause book assign a unique reference number for each Japan coins' first year issue just because they didn't use "一" but "元" for "first", obviously wrong practice. But if a collector only collect by Krause book's type, then Colnect and UCoin are better at the criteria.
Now guys, I Don reccomemnd to micro link all of them as there are a few reasons I personally feel.
1. Maintiance. If we start to link all of them, we would need a very high maintiance of all the 3 sites working together. It would be very unwise. If 1 link is not working not sure how many layers would that be. And it becomes a burden where coin collecting is no longer fun.
2. Varients. If we link all together, most of the time we will not see the Varients. I got to admit we are a pretty lucky generation of people that has this platform to use. It is because of people contribution, we get to know some different Varients like never before. And of course there is fake news and stuffs that needs to be counter and varify. We are just like Wikipedia that depends on people like us to built a strong community.
3. For all the coins references, we are actually doing fine right now. As long as we follow some famous books, very seldom things would go wrong.
4. Unfortunely, photos are always a problem of copyright. Unless you want to put a watermark over it. If they [copy] our photos, let them be. You should be happy that your own coin was a sample for people to look at. Be happy to share it unless otherwise. So just let the matter go and be a happy man. I know a few photographers who are also hurt by this way and learnt their lesson of watermarks.
So guys, keep up the good job of maintaining this website. I simply loving it and also submitting some pic every few days and contribute.

I edited the original post, made it clear that this is not suggesting the dev team to use competitors' data, of course it is not possible in any perspective.
I agree with you on every point. Especially you mentioned it is like Wikipedia and community matters. I am maintaining my collection more effectively after I discovered these websites, we do not owe this convenience to technology, but to the contribution of the community.
From my point of view I would be very much against having anything to do with Colnect. They [copy] photos and just cut and paste information about coins from here as it suits them without doing any of the actual research or buying of the actual coins to get good photo's.
They have [copied some of] my images of Australian coins from here without my permission. I now watermark and logo everything I upload.
When contacted they say they will remove said images if you follow a set procedure of theirs called completing an infringement Report. Believe me when I say it is extremely tedious and they will just continually tell you that what you have supplied is not good enough. I would estimate I would have to do at least 200 hours of work to fulfil all their requirements and even then they won't guarantee that they will take down the pictures.
Also their cataloguing of coins is [poor], at least in the Australian section. They have coins in the wrong category, they have wrong descriptions, poor photos (except for the ones I created and they pilfered), missing photos, even the wrong photo's against the wrong coins. It is a complete and utter disaster.
[...]. If you post a comment with the word Numista in it they automatically remove the word. If you post a link to Numista they automatically remove it. They are paranoid about us.

I don't use Colnect simply because its function is worst in these 3 websites..
Well, I also found out something. If you know this software called coin mate, notes mate, stamps mate, they have a function to import the country catalog from colnect. I am not really sure what are their ultimate goals. For banknotes I find that importing in and compare is pretty accurate. For coins I am not so sure. But I simply stopped after that because I find that a lot of things are not what I wanted. Even for banknotes I stopped.
The only draw back of our community is no Internet, no reference. With the third party software with or without Internet, there is reference due to the on site store.
And for colnect, I would just ignore then for the time being. Because their interface is not as nice as this interface.

I bought coin mate software for 24 euros before I use Numista, the useful feature is export a subset of your collection as pdf given 3 layouts you can choose from. But adding or searching coins is difficult, have to specify country and year.

Oh. Interesting. Something new to me. The only thing I knew is if you pay for pc version, the android app also needs to pay to be sync and use. If not it will not work properly.
