Based on searching using the advanced filter and adding 0.6 to the gram, 20-22 to the diameter and adding the term 'Cross' to the Design filter - I've found the following coins that closely resemble your coin design wise. Circular shape in the middle surrounding the cross, lettering on the outside and a floral(?) like pattern on the coin's otherside.

They're all from German States around 1200-1500 (Likely closer to 1500 imo).

I'd start digging around those.
