Kenya One Shilling 1966 PROOF coin no legend only 27 minted? [Risolto]

Hello folks,

I have a 1966 One Shilling coin dated 1966. According to the tables, only 27 were ever minted! can this be factual? it seems too small for a batch!

Anyway, I have one and I wondered what it may be worth in GBP today?

How do I judge condition?
