It's a medieval Hungarian denar, king Zsigmond. Obverse: Long double cross, no inner circlem, lettering: MOn·SIG ISMVnDI. Reverse: Fourfold shield of Hungary with Árpád stripes twice and Brandenbourg eagles twice, no inner pearl circle, lettering: REGIS·VnGARIε εΤc ÉH# 449, H# 576
