Arabic coin ID

Has anyone got any idea what this coin is? I'm guessing from Afghanistan?

I also believe it's from Afghanistan.
Although it's not a perfect match (I miss a group of dots) but it's very very similar to this coin: https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces75410.html
The last digit of the date is partly hidden but I think it can only be a 5, so the date also fits for this coin.

The picture in Krause of the 1 rupee KM# 519 is a perfect match, also without the dots within the red circle.
Krause also says different dates bear different obverse and reverse, so that explains the lack of the dots on your coin in comparison with the picture in our catalogue:
