questions re multiple account management [Risolto]

I have my collection. I want to enter my niece's and nephew's collection.

I added their collection to my account. I selected my collection as the default as I will be mostly active on my collection and just want to keep track of what they have/need until they are of an age to use a computer unsupervised.

I changed the entry view to the new one with the option to add values so I have the option to select which collection to add the coin into. I added a coin into their collection.

Now, when I search for that coin so I can see how many or which dates I have, it shows me their entry. How do I return it to my view? I don't want to click "edit" or "delete" because I want to keep the info I just entered. I simply want to see the old data (my collection) too. How do I do that?
