Since you say no value, then use autosol or brasso. Need to do afew rounds for this type of condition. After that use zippo lighter fluid to finish the polish to remove any remains of chemicals. That is the method I would approach for worthless coins.

I say it's beyond help because the surface looks all pitted. You can remove the outer layer of it to make it all shiny, but it'll just be an unrealistic shiny pitted coin, it will actually look better the way it is, at least it has a bit of character in the condition it is.

Totally agree with Neil, I don't think that cleaning will make this coin to look better.
