I've just submitted the request to add a note to https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces2998.html
that the variety without a dot above BARTH exists, then realized that maybe I should post here first. I just bought a coin and it clearly does not have a dot. Similar to the 1870 10 centimes, and could have as simple explanation as the filled die, but it may be worth mentioning in the comments somewhere anyway.
A correction to previous post. Does not seem to be a variety, just a possible misunderstanding in the description that describes the dot in general description without specifying that it was added in 1855 and 1870. Several coins on eBay minted in 1854 do not have a dot, so it is probably a feature (or a lack of thereof) and not a variety.

An additional comment has been added, saying that 1854 does not have a dot. The referee also said they will modify the image to un-circle the dot later.
