Globally excluding tokens [Risolto]

For several years now tokens excluded from my wants. Unfortunately, something has changed and it appears tokens have been to the coins I am looking for when I try to establish a new swap. I can't find the switch that turns off the tokens globally. Can someone tell me where I would find that.

Thanks for the help. I did find the global token excluder. However, after I deleted and re-added the token exclusion, it did not exclude tokens when I tried a new swap. Obviously, the code is broken and needs to be repaired.
