What I find interesting in this variety is that difference in thickness is significant, as it can be noticed rom the photo. Difference in weight though is minimal. If lighter is 1.52g the thicker should be 1.96g by the dimensions, and obviously is not. Weight itself is less than 10% difference meaning the strike is much deeper on thick ones.
