Add a warning “You have pending actions in swaps” in the member profile

Sometimes a swap ends, you rate to your partner and he forgets to do the same.
This swap is not count in Swaps on the road but it is seen in Swap monitor.

Can be added a warning You have unrated swaps in the user account in order to this user "remember to vote" his swaps? Also can be added in other pages (Swap monitor, top menu User | Messages | Language,...)

Of course,

• only the user can see this warning, and
• this warning only is shown if time since his swap partner voted is big (for example 45 days or more, like Swaps on the road counter).

I rescue this old suggestion with a more general proposal: show to a user a message with the statuses of their pending swaps.

I see these statuses:

• under discussion – open swaps that have not been confirmed by somebody.
• pending accept by you – you has swap pending to accept that were confirmed by your swap partners.
• pending accept by the others – your swap partners have swap pending to accept that were confirmed by you.
• pending voting by you – you has swap without your vote that were voted by your swap partners.
• pending voting by the other – your swap partners have swap without their vote that were voted by you.

I think the important actions to display are the pending to be done by the user. These can be display in a warning (only the user can see this):

You have pending actions in swaps: x under discussion, x pending accept, and x pending voting.
