Alderney, Andorra, Azerbaijan, Bahamas, Bahrain, Belarus, British Virgin Islands, Burkina Faso, El Salvador, Fiji, Ghana, Iceland, Iraq, Isle of Man, Ivory Coast, Jamaica, Jordan, Kuwait, Kyrgyzstan, Lesotho, Mauritius, Moldova, Mongolia, Paraguay, Puerto Rico, Qatar, Senegal, South Korea, Taiwan, Tajikistan, Thailand, Togo, Trinidad & Tobago, and Venezuela each gained one new member.
