That is problematic. There is no way to do it and keep the same copyright like there is on the main picture. This would have to change before these pictures could be part of CCIP.

Needs to have this option:

Maybe @Xavier will comment on this?

Examples usually don't get cropped the same as auction pictures.

Please could someone do the honours: Farthing - Elizabeth Stuart -Queen of Bohemia (Dover; Kent) - England – Numista

Thanks

Tried two ways.

Which? Or neither?

I would use the lower ones, preferably also rotate correctly (the left one).

Done.

Thanks!

Anyone can help with cropping this N#374461

AI tool for background removal didn't manage.

I can do it, I still have the heptagonal template somewhere.

CR is send but the head is looking quite a bit up unless I turn the coin by quite a few degrees off axis. Tell me if you want the head looking straight ahead or the shape standing upright.

need an expert to crop these pictures

These pictures are already damaged beyond repair please provide the originals if you have access to them, like in the change history (I hope they were not uploaded this way when the page was created).

I am so sorry. I did it for first time. Did you need photos like this?

If someone wants to crop one of these puzzle coins again (From the sources list you get to their direct website, where there's a watermark on the picture):

Now you have to crop the top and middle segment from the first picture, take the 9 or 11 o'clock segment of the second picture for the edge pictures. For extra points replace the black and gold field with a portrait field so it becomes generic and usable for all segment pages. Lastly select the ellipsoid center and outer ring (without the edge of the coin) and make it circular to crop each individual ring segment.

Good for you. Now you just need to convince them to allow Numista to use them.

Or you just use the one I sent…

From your source Is best that i can do

These are the pictures straight from the Canada mint (they are CGI) so the coin peddler has no rights to them. TBH I am for removing all sources that only sell bullion/NCLT and use predominantly mint pictures (from what I have seen it is a substantial ammount).

I will try - and also brighten it.

Also - where are the notes on top right?

Size, shape, years, country, and so on …

I guess it is the Features BELOW the pictures - for some reason??

Edit - pictures cropped / rotated / brightened

Edit again - maybe it is the ? at the end of the link,

as N#504225 by itself works.

I guess cippirimerlo forgot about space between the link and “?” at the end of demand and this sign is a part of the link… yes, I know, gramatically it shouldn't be the space before question mark but this this make that the link is redirected to the page with “?” at the end and not to the standard coin page. And it looks that all pages with “?” are displayed this way, without the blue box with technical info.

Hello. I tried to crop photos. For personal training. Is it suitable result? For my information, where i can find information about picture rules?

For my information, where i can find information about picture rules?

In principle, we start by reading the instructions for use

You will get an idea by browsing this topic from the beginning https://en.numista.com/forum/topic49676.html
and referring to How can I add a photo to the catalogue? section Preparing images / Cropping Rotation and cropping (word duplicate but different action)

I can't get past the sign in page. No idea why the sign in page even appears as I'm already signed in. Maybe just post the pictures here instead?

Edit: just noticed the admin in the URL.  I don't do admin.

It's from his change request list, so Numista wants your referee (for some Italian state) or catalog admin credentials to access this specific page.

Why are these catalog scans so large despite their tiny resolution, where they artificially enlarged?

for example THIS one is 852x852 px but should probably be more like 200x200 px
