suggestion a new swap feature

I think it would be very useful to a lot of users if we could select by which country the swap partner is from. Let's say I'm from Germany and I only want to swap with collectors from Germany (maybe it's due to high shipping costs outside of Germany). I scroll through all the possible country where a person might be from, select Germany and bam, I only get Germany collectors suggested

On a "Start a swap" page you can sort your potential swap partners by Country or use "Find members near my home!" option
