I once again today accidentally confirmed my swap offer when the purpose was to edit my collection. If I try to be too fast doing things and can't wait until the page has totally opened, this happens. Would it be possible to add "are you totally sure" so that you can go back without mailing your partner?

I have done exactly the same.
I also think it should be moved away from the standard list as is currently shown.
Still a great idea.

I'm just a collector of coins, not a slave to it, unless I am in a coin shop.
