Hello guys!
It's 1 rupee of 1953. It can be only KM#742. Weight really is 11.5, but diameter not 25 mm. Diameter is 28.7mm like in KM#743. But KM#743 was made only in 1954.
What coin I have? May be here some mistake about size of 25mm? I have KM#743 - same size, but metall look little bit different.

Size and weight are corresponding to the indian mint but denticle are equal at rim so looks like the nepalese mint.
