Hello,

I am flagging here the bug zegeri, Jarcek and I encountered when creating the new French issuers.



It looks like some of the new countries already have some random ruling authorities by default, although these haven't been added yet.

Hello,
The ruling authority "Hugues III and Hugues IV" was assigned to the parent level "France - Feudal", so all French feudal states had it. I guess it was meant to be assigned only to the Duchy of Burgundy, so I corrected that.
