with many stuck at home due to Corona, it might be nice to restart the MPCC game with a 2020 edition.
starting to organize it now or soon, could mean a start in June or July.
Would anyone be willing to and be motivated to keep it in full swing during the whole game?
we would need someone to run and organize it.
if there are any questions, for example on how to select which coins runs against which coin you can contact dhruzynets the previous person in charge of MPCC https://en.numista.com/echanges/profil.php?id=45858
so anyone up to it?
cheers and keep in good health,
Paul

I entered the very first contest but after that I generally avoided it for a variety of well known reasons. I made a few entries last year as I'm keen on the contest being for coin lovers rather than glittering prizes. It cuts down on the cheating I reckon which was my biggest concern.
Unfortunately my entries tend to be humble, circulated coins with numismatic significance which don't compete well with bigger shiny coins. But it's not all about winning, it's about showing different aspects to ones fellow collectors.
Non illegitimis carborundum est. Excellent advice for all coins.
Make Numismatics Great Again!
I like the idea of a prize if it can go to someone young for example who might not have the financial power to buy their own numismatic book for example.
We do see also simple coins with values under 1 USD winning so entering with a rare coin does not mean one will win.
Thats the main point, discovering the beauty of the many coins and for some maybe also the exitement to see the entries for the first time.
