A member is PM ing me about a missing listing.

But I can find it just fine. I am not sure how to assist this member. It's right exactly where I tell him it is. Any thoughts?

It's a 1977 KM# 40 of Isle of Man.

I always tell them to look at their search parameters, have they unselected something etc.
If that's not the case I ask for an example after this I wouldn't know either.
