2) When clicking on banknote link it leads to coins-like page "piecesXXXX.html" instead of new "noteXXXX.html", thus it leads to "Page not found".

On banknote add/edit request page there are 2 bugs:
1) It written "New coin request" instead "New banknote request"
2) When clicking on banknote link it leads to coins-like page "piecesXXXX.html" instead of new "noteXXXX.html", thus it leads to "Page not found".
