Cannot edit years on old catalog pages [Risolto]

Hello, for some reason when I try to add or modify data to pre-existing banknote pages in the catalog I cannot edit most of the years. This bugs me as I made a mistake on one of the banknote pages I tried to add to the catalog and I cannot fix it because I cannot edit the year in the box. If anyone knows how to fix this or is having the same problem please respond. Thanks.

If there are members who have those year-lines marked as owned, you will not be able to edit them.

With that being said, master referees are able to make those edits. Post the links here and say what you want done. We can look into it.

Thanks soooo much I just tried adding a new banknote to the catalog and wrote the wrong date. I added it to my collection and then modifications were requested for my entry. I deleted the banknote from my collection and then I was able to fix the year and resubmit my request. Thanks for the help :)
