Wrong note appears on new countries pages in banknote catalog [Risolto]

I updated an Argentine local banknote that should have been entered under the province of Salta but was under the province of Tucuman. An entry for Salta does not yet exist under Argentine provinces. Now I just looked at the pages for Oceania and Portuguese notgeld that have been created and the only entry on each is the Salta note. As soon as I get some time I intend to add banknotes to the new pages. Seems to be some sort of bug that may clear up when an entry is created for province of Salta under Argentine provinces. I would not have stirred up the page for the Salta note except it was there wrong and there was information about it in SCWPM Specialized Issues.

I found this note in the Northern Ireland section and moved it to Argentina but the move is still pending. Shall I cancel the move and wait for the bug to be fixed?
