Please add issuers to list:

Not sure if they must be in original language or in English, so I write both versions.

Cuba:
Tesorería General de la República (1915-1948) or General Treasury of the Republic.
Banco Nacional de Cuba (1949-1997) National Bank of Cuba.
Banco Central de Cuba (1997-date) Central Bank of Cuba.

Uruguay:
Banco de la República Oriental de Uruguay (1896-1967) Bank of Eastern Republic of Uruguay.
Banco Central del Uruguay (1967-date) Central Bank of Uruguay.

One more question, please:

At Uruguay and at Cuba, before government started issuing banknotes, some private banks were authorized to issue their own; most of them only issued a few face values only once. is it better to detail each of them, or are to be added as "Private Banks" or "private issuers"? I guess listing each is more coherent.
