Request for new banknote issuing entities [Risolto]

I put in some requests for British issuers a few days ago and some have been done but not others. Pehaps I posted it in the wrong section. The outstanding issuers are:

For England:
Newark Bank
Shrewsbury Bank
These are the only local banknotes we have so far.

For Scotland:
Clydesdale Bank
Clydesdale and North of Scotland Bank
North of Scotland Bank
Bank of Scotland
British Linen Bank
Union Bank of Scotland
Royal Bank of Scotland
National Commercial Bank of Scotland
National Bank of Scotland
Commercial Bank of Scotland

For Northern Ireland:
Provincial Bank of Ireland

For the United Kingdom:
Post Office
Army Council
These are for postal orders and armed forces vouchers.

For the Irish Free State and Republic of Ireland:
Munster and Leinster Bank
Royal Bank of Ireland
Provincial Bank of Ireland
Northern Bank
Hibernian Bank
National Bank
Bank of Ireland
Ulster Bank
Currency Commission
Central Bank of Ireland
Post Office
The last is for postal orders.

I appreciate that many of these banks have yet to have any notes added to the catalogue but I think it makes sense to put them in before they're needed.

There is a 1 Pound note dated 1937 for the Currency Commission of the Irish Free State listed in the catalogue.

Banknotes were also issued from 1938 to 1942 by the Currency Commission of Ireland as well.

Ireland since 1922 should be listed under 3 entities - Irish Free State (1922-37), Dominion of Ireland (1938-48), & Republic of Ireland (since 1949).

I added about 170 new issuer to these sections.
I didn't add the Post Offices, as we should put postal orders on hold for the moment.
Also, I am not sure what this is: "Currency Commission" Do you have some example banknotes?

At some point, the local issues should get their own issuing authority, like the French Notgeld. But we don't have enough notes at the moment to make it worth it right now.
