I see we have now got 2 separate fields for the Engraver and Designer on coins. However I have just added this coin which was released today by the RAM >>> https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces211362.html
And I can't put anything in either field.

The Designer of the obverse is Jody Clark and It will only let me put "Jo" in and then the rest of my input is ignored?

Agreed. Just as a test I tried to put that name in, and it let me type it all in,
then it cleared again, so no way of entering it. :|

The system recognises the name, as it also appears in blue below ...

Hello,
Sorry for that. The issue is fixed. The user experience to add engraver names or designer names is still not optimal, but at least it's working again as before.

so page now amended, awaiting approval. :)

It looks like it's still not working fully correctly, especially for names which are not known yet.
