To add short notes on "Add or Modify" Page [Risolto]

Suggestion: To add short notes for filling up Title and Face Value on "Add or Modify" Page

As far as I remember standard how to fill up values was discussed and committed.
e.g.
Title - 500 000 000 Dinara (spaces between 000 000)
Face Value - 500,000,000 Dinara (commas between 000,000)

It will be good idea to give example or short notes opposite fields on "Add or modify data" pages

P.S. Following this rule when adding banknotes will be good for searching, ordering in the items list, etc.

I can't remember about this being discussed. Are you able to find where?

I see no reasons to have a different convention between the title and the face value.
Once the convention is agreed, the robot can correct all current pages and I can adjust the searching and ordering algorithms if needed.

There has been a discussion about separators in the thread related to large denominations. Unfortunately, I could not find any trace of it so far. I know there should be an algorithm designed to fix this mess automatically (commas, spaces, wrong numbers, etc.), but why do not set up rules for adding values of a new added pages.

Approving of Standards for each values of "Add Page" -( e.g values, Titles, Reference, Dates of Issues, etc..) is it good approach? Isn't' it?
