​I agree. But the line is definitely pretty blurred - what about these, for example?

That's why I've asked. The sooner we have clear rules we don't have to clean up so much.

Remember how the tokens were, we had Token Gate and spend huge efforts into sorting them out (which is still not fully done) to get this garbage pile into at least a sorted junkyard.

I know I'm new here but IMO all the above (CDN Tire $, coupons, scrip, fantasy notes like 0 Euros, private Test notes & Disney Dollars) should be a separate or sub-catalogue called Exonumia. I have seen countless posts on notgeld & that would be a separate catalogue for me too (you either collect that stuff or you don't). The catalogue should focus primarily on National central bank issues (leave all the chartered banks/special local issues for another day).

A separate forum for Exonumia might not be a bad idea as well. There is a post right now about a US Military Payment Certificate- which really is not a "banknote" in the Banknote forum.

There is a section for exonumia. Military money is valid and a popular collecting genre. It wont be excluded.

Canadian Tire notes are actually a type of community currency, along with the Salt Spring Island Dollars.

I have been thinking about this post all weekend. At least all those coupons look like banknotes, which is probably why they were listed. There is a category for them, there is no reason to exclude them.
