Asked the collectors to remove their banknote from the ? to the dated line that is appropriate to their note. When they have moved their collection, I can remove the ?

Aha, I figured that was the case as well for the 1 Lev Bulgaria, https://en.numista.com/catalogue/note202417.html, where I had requested changes :) just gotta wait for collectors then :)
