Argentinian Provinces' notes. [Risolto]

A lot of them have never been listed in the major catalogues - but they deserve to be listed on here though.

All of the Provinces' listings other than those for Tucuman, which are given a listing already.

The ask is to have the following provinces created and Argentinean currencies assigned to the dropdown:

Provinces:
- Buenos Aires -> Pesos Convertibles
- Catamarca -> Pesos Convertibles
- Corrientes -> Pesos Convertibles
- Formosa -> Pesos Convertibles
- Jujuy -> Australes & Pesos Convertibles
- La Rioja -> Australes
- Salta -> Pesos Argentinos & Australes
- San Juan -> Pesos Convertibles
- Tucuman -> Australes & Pesos Convertibles

Note that these (and others) are all listed in Krause's Standard Catalog of World Paper Money, Special Issues, 12th ed. (2013), with catalog P#'s between S2310 and S2723
I can then add the notes I have, and request modifications to the ones that are already listed in the wrong place to be moved to the right one.

By the way, Tucuman already exists... TWICE! and there's a Salta banknote there. This is an example of what needs to be fixed.

Ok, thanks for the list, I will add those. BTW, Tucuman is not twice, just that one banknote has no currency selected.
