Floating "Top of Page" Button [Risolto]

There have been more than a few times that I longed for a "top of page" button, similar to eBay.
Just a floating little nub in the corner that makes it easy to go back to the top of the page after having scrolled for what feels like forever.

I know there is a static "top of page button" already if you scroll all the way to the bottom of the page (little blue up arrow in the bottom right corner.)

But if you're in the middle of a really long page, right now the solution is to spin your mouse wheel over and over, or grab and drag the slider bar. It might be nice to just click a little floating button and have the scroll taken care of.

​Well yes, but I don't use my keyboard all the time. Sometimes I'm just scrolling and clicking.

Agreed a good suggestion, just like eBay the floating button is useful, especially on some long pages.
