Add issuer: National Bank of Greece (Ethniki Trapeza tis Ellados) [Risolto]

Hello! I'd like to add one of the main issuing authorities for Greek banknotes, being the National Bank of Greece (Ethniki Trapeza tis Ellados/Εθνική Τράπεζα της Ελλάδος). They issued all banknotes from 1841 to 1928 (P#14 to 91), when the Bank of Greece (not national bank) took over. While the Bank of Greece has not been added yet, somebody else made a thread here about it and is still pending.

It mentions on Wikipedia about the National Bank of Greece "It used to have the sole right of note issue, which it lost in 1928 when the newly established Bank of Greece took over as the country's central bank."
