The most used and consolidated catalogs of banknotes and currencies in Brazil are:
1. Book of Brazilian Coins - 1643 to 2018 - 15th edition, by Claudio Patrick Amato & Irlei Soares das Neves - ISBN 978-85-62882-27-2
(Brazilian coins);

2. Cédulas do Brasil - 1833 until 2019 - 8th edition, by Cláudio Patrick Amato, Irlei Soares das Neves and Julio Ernesto Schütz - ISBN 978-85-62882-30-2 (Brazilian banknotes).

Both are mentioned on all online selling sites. The acronym adopted to refer to them, worldwide, is "AI #" (Amato & Irlei #). Therefore, I ask that these catalogs be included in the list of possible references for coins and banknotes.

​It won't be necessary, AI # is enough. Those who know the catalogs will be able to distinguish them by the rest of the numbering. Example, moedas: AI # O244 (gold), P155 (silver), B013 (bronze), V025 (various materials); cédulas: AI # R015 (Réis), C023 (Cruzeiros, Cruzados etc.).

We only have the same code in very few situations: when there are several volumes to a single catalog, like for Krause KM#. But even for books with multiple volumes, we generally have multiple codes, see RIC#, Dav# etc.

So there will be different codes because these are distinct books. I am just questioning if the code names are fine?
