When I start an advanced search, the "Issuer" field defaults to "All."
However, after I search using a specific issuer, I can't get back to "All." It used to appear at the top of the list, but now it's gone.
I can get back to all by going back through Catalog -> Search -> Advanced Search, but it was more convenient before when I could just type "All" or scroll to the top of the list.
There are several variants of the list of countries / issuers with different possibilities or behaviors depending on where we are, tables or drop-down lists of choice. And depending on the material: computer or phone.
In this case, the choice '* ALL *' is missing.
Standardization seems to be in progress.
Hello,
A change was done on the the dropdown list of issuers a couple of weeks ago in order to save performance and to allow search with alternative names. Together with this change, the choice "All" was removed. Instead you can click on the cross on the right of the name to remove the current selection and search for all issuers.
Could you please advise whether it works for you?
Not that I read French, but I guess you are saying there IS a
cross in the Simple search, but there is NOT a cross in the Advanced search.
But there IS a cross - it is covered by the lettering, even on your picture.
Here is yours again, and mine on the English page ...
I clicked on mine and it deleted the country. Maybe make the cross a different colour?
Or make that particular box longer, like on the Simple search page, as shown in previous reply.
So, for example, maybe give that black cross a blue background, or make a red cross ...
Excusez-moi, je disais en français pour répondre à Xavier (entre congénères)
Vous avez raison, + ▲ et ▼ sont superposés à cause de la largeur de la case, plus petite pour "All" que pour "All issuers"
with translator :
Excuse me, I said in French to answer Xavier (between congeners)
You are right, + ▲ and ▼ are superimposed because of the width of the box, smaller for 'All' than for 'All issuers'
Thanks - I was going to (and may still) suggest ...
....
that there is room where I have marked 'column' 3 so columns 1 and 2 could be
each extended to the right, thus creating longer boxes for all, not just Issuer.
Also for column 2 move the mm and g to the other side, as shown (and
make g into gr so it has two letters like mm has).
