Egypt 10 piastres

This is a query, apologies if I am wrong.
Egypt 10 piastres note on Numista says years 1971-1982.
The note I have is signed by
Mohammed Ahmed El Razaz, 11 November 1986 – 1996, Minister of Finance



Not sure under which one I could add it to my collection based on signature.
My question -
Should the YEARS 1971-1982 be changed?
Should El Razaz be included?

​Looks like your note is 184b so you could make another entry (if P-184 is not entered). You have to ignore the years on some of these African states as they often print up huge reams years earlier & then keep using them in later versions (different signatures, etc).

See this entry at the Bank Note Museum for the 'El Razaz' signature variety. Hope that helps.
