I like how Wikipedia classifies the best articles as "Featured" (gold star) or "Good" (green plus). Then there are "stubs" - incomplete articles and even "unusual articles".
I think it would be great to have something like this on Numista. The "Verified sheet" marker is going in this direction a bit, but it is not used consistently.
Setting the status of a coin sheet can either be automatic (say all fields are complete), by refs/master refs, or by user votes. Or a combination (e.g. users can vote only complete sheets, and ref must approve).
