Locking up when adding a coin to the catalog [Risolto]

I have been adding to the catalog for over 3 years and have recently been experiencing lag or locking up. This occurs mainly after useing the first drop down menu (Issuing Authority). It will allow me to very briefly begin to scroll down then it stops. Sometimes, but rarely, it will lock up and then unlock after a minute or two and allow me to continue. Mostly it locks up then Microsoft Chrome informs me "Chrome has stopped responding and do I wish to close it or wait". Sometimes I can wait only once and it will begin working again and sometimes it will lock up a second time with a second notice. Almost every time it will be fine after "waiting" after the second notice.

All the other drop down menus cause no problems as long as I skip the first one. Ruling Authority drop down menu will cause some delays after I get past the first one. After the first two have been completed I have no other problems with any other drop down menus.

I use my phone to add to the Catalog and have used it exclusively. It is a Samsung Galaxy S 10 plus. Chrome Version 84.0.4047.111
